i admit...the idea is intresting, but Jacqueline is unrealistic and random. Shes unpredictable, and in a way, shows poor character development.
Actually when i was watching this i saw Billy (from the grim adventures) and that girl from Martha Speaks....
Just fix the story and tweak the characters and you have your self a good story.

Random but funny
I like this, I think it's a credit to your effort how long it is, the animation is pretty decent and the random directions you go with it helps to keep people interested. I wouldn't say it hilarious, it can be improved on in some areas but it's a damn fine effort, well done.
I require a sequel.
