A sequel is extremely unlikely... I may make similar games though.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I do appreciate a good art game. You've won Daily Third place already, but I feel you have a good chance to win a second award. If not on this game, on something else you'll do in the near future. Nicely done, nicely executed. Nice, quite music that fits, and sets, the mood. Not too buggy, except a couple things (Hence the loss of a star.)
First and second are in the baby stage.First, When the ball is chasing you, and you mistime your jump just a little (I couldn't tell you exactly where, I was running from a giant ball at the time. You understand.) The ball manages to roll over the water, instead of into it. Second, this one is probably on purpose in hind sight, if you run too far off the Jack in the box, there's no way to get back on without suiciding and starting over.
The third bug has already been mentioned. The distance rendering is slightly off on the spikes in the third level, causing many a death when we should be clear of them.
Other than that, I've seen no issues. It's a wonderful, beautiful game and it's nicely executed. Some people will (And probably have) complained that it's too short, but it doesn't need to be any longer.
Graphics/art: 10/10
Music: 10/10
Controls: 10/10
Story: 10/10 (I like short, cute things with simple messages.)
Bugs/Glitches/Coding Errors: 5/10 (Only because the spike thing is so obvious.)
Average (With math shown for dummies!) 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 5 = 45/(divided by) 5 = 9/10
Also... THAT IS HOW YOU WRITE A REVIEW, PEOPLE! CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM! Say what you Do AND Don't like, offer advice and move on. We don't need blammers, spammers or the idiots who insist "dis da best game eva!!!!!!!" because no matter how amazing it is, there's always something better.

The spikes pulsate high frequency energy particles which disparate after a short distance but if you are too close to the spikes these particles destroy your brain and you die.
