It was good and Bad...
The amount of effort you've put into the look of the film is very clear and it helps drive it forward and sell the feel of a real war taking place. But after seeing all the 10's particularly those based on the quality of animation, i was a bit dissapointed. The animation, meaning the way you moved the characters and how fluid and appealing they all moved, was very tweeny. Not to say that was bad, I noticed there were some areas where you went into frame by frame, but I do feel that had you done frame by frame for the fight scenes at least, it would have been better. Also, it seemed very chaotic and like it was hard to notice where certain objects or characters were coming from at points. However, on a good note, I really liked the character designs and the idea behind the film. I would call you a good director of animation on the site, but not the best animator, a big difference. Keep it up though and i'm looking forward to part 2 :]
