...just so I could write a review for this. While I do appreciate the effort in animation and voice acting, I remain somewhat skeptical of the idea you present in the animation itself. Granted, I have not yet watched your other movies of this series, but I think it's safe to say they're quite like this one.
Now, you clearly draw conclusions where there are none. The reason why your "Flower of Life" is found all over the world is obviously because every civilization developed a higher form of culture which, of course, included the discovery of certain geometrical figures. That's the same reason why the swastika is found all over the world in these old cultures as well.
Trying to merge science, or rather pseudo-science like the one you're presenting here with the bible is always a touchy subject, which is why we're stuck with such horribly stupid ideas like creationism, so I'm not even going to comment on your theory that the bible backs up your claims.
As for your "egg of life", yes, zygotes spread with this pattern, because they have to stay together to form, oh, I don't know, a living being at the end. This is just nature being as economical as possible.
I didn't really get the part where you were talking about the Periodic table, probably due to my stupidity, so correct me if I'm wrong but you're basically saying that it's structured after six arbitrary geometrical shapes? If so, why a pyramid and not a different polyhedron? The ancient Greeks knew and studied a lot of these, you know. The table was actually drafted after a lot of complex observations about the elements, including mass, number of electrons, their behavior in chemical reactions and so on.
Now, what really bugs me about your theory is that you base it upon "spirits". Seriously, what is a spirit? It's not a scientific unit, which means anything based on it is not too scientific either because, well...it cannot actually be measured. I mean, sure, if you base a philosophy on a udjat drawing circles, that's perfectly fine, but it sure will not explain our existence or rather our origin.
Since I know that most of Newgrounds are 13-year-old fanboys who can't even come up with the patience to read a single paragraph, I shall now offer the tl:dr: version of my review.
Nice animation, nice voice-acting, but you're just drawing conclusions where there are absolutely none. It's all just a series of coincidences.
Know this sentence? That's how most of these wacky conspiracy theories are easily explained. For instance, people like to point out how the assassinations of JFK and Abraham Lincoln are somehow linked because they took place exactly on the same date 100 years later, the murderers had the same birthday, etc. See how a series of absolutely random events somehow seems to make perfect sense and build up a theory? In hope that this isn't just some elaborate trolling scheme, I leave you with a 3/5 and a 5/10 for your efforts and the quality of the animation.
