The thing in the trash is Missingno.
Missingno, meaning Missing Number. Is an error from the game when you try to hack it or something, there is many theories on how it was created. Why did Black threw Missingno? Well like said, is it known that Missingno appears when there's an error in the game by causing something that you must not do, since he ate the Rare Candy (that Humans aren't supposed to eat it) he vomit Missingno because a human eating that Candy causes an error and that error causes Missingo.
