Ok, so in the original pokemon yellow.. or green, or one of those i dont remember.. but there was this area called Lavender Town. Now the music played in the original Lavender Town (before they took it out for later copies) had a really weird frequency to it, theres been rumors that the frequency had driven people to suicide or make them go crazy (doubtful). BUT wat is true is if u have this software, u can decode the frequency played, and it appears as a ghost, or this ghost pokemon, so the frequency thing was intentional. hope this helps!
