Twas okay.
It was all kind of flat lined. It was quite short also. However it made me laugh, so I gave you a good rating.
Well...it could use some work.
Okay, before people throw things at me, let's review.
Alright, so I realized that you voiced everything yourself, which, honestly was a good effort. I think the flash would have been funnier as well had it not resorted to penis. I don't mean to be offensive but....that joke 'I only draw phallic things'....get's old.
So my biggest tip would actually be to not use your own voice for everything. I understand this is just a flash so I'm not looking for quality in the animation, the animation was decent enough and actually enjoyable. I think you should have rolled with some other humour as well. Like have him draw a vagina or something for his mom....just saying work outside of the box. Don't try to be original, but at least try to not be so obvious. Also the voice acting was very forced.
Remember, this is meant to be constructive.
3/5 and 6/10. Good effort.

Nice work considering you had a short time on the project and voice acting is decent too... though I'm guessing you used mostly male actors? Or did you use yourself only as the main voice for all the parts?
