I'm not surprised that the only think he can draw are penises, with a mother with such a dirty mouth.
The character design and the animation are great and it was a really fun idea.

The beautifully rendered conflict between a little boy's wish to create, and his sexually deviant mind forcing him back to the subject of male genitalia, regardless of his efforts to avoid it, is mind-boggingly beautiful, and truly captures the dualism of western society's view of eroticism.
Words cannot describe the emotional impact of the boy's outburst at his mother's rejection, which while cold and perhaps not entirely thought through, is defendable, if not even understandable.
I love how you included the two other children, who I presume are there to represent those who have conformed and prospered (the little girl), and those who haven't, yet finds no discomfort in their situation (the mentally challenged boy).
They make a great contrast against which to see the main characters conflicts in it's most wretched and awe-inspiring form.
Or it's a well made penis joke, with a truly awesome ending line.
Which, I guess, would also deserve a ten.
