Too much lag, too little plot and too long to get through so little plot.
I read the manga too, which covered this "episode" and i read that in less than 30 seconds... and the rest of the manga amounted to another less-than-30 seconds. What you've posted of the manga doesn't feel like even one chapter. This animation even less so.

Slow and low quality
This animation was slow a lot of the time and was very low quality.
It seems like it was low quality on purpose because of the slowness of the animation.
Story was good though and I did enjoy this apart from minor issues.
dead space
i heard deadspace sounds and voices in there... good idea but waaaaaaay to choppy
