Tremendously offensive
Seems like my title is a contradiction to the rating I gave this. But, let's face it. Stereotypes are hilarious. More importantly, this was actually a high quality video, with clear sound and smooth animation. Very well done. I wish there was something I could say constructively, but I was completely entertained by the entirety of this video. Thank you.

Racism implies a hatred or prejudice for someone based on their race. There is absolutely nothing racist about "Captain Ignant" by that definition.
