Smooth, nice animation
Not much more to say, it's done very nicely, and very polished (no crude drawing lines). It's very short though, hence the 7. I'd definitely 10/10 a longer version of similar quality.
To be fair though, this is not nearly tacky enough for the Power Rangers.
