To put it simply
Your proportions are way off. Her head is way too small and her arms are so huge and long. Also her thighs are bulging out while her feet are so tiny.
Man I cannot seem to wrap my head around these proportions but aside from that it is a good drawing. Not all women are supposed to be drawn sexy.

Hmm...
Not sure how to react to it. Your art is very nice but, as others already mentioned, the proportions are drivng me crazy. Reminds me of a bowling pin. Also kinda reminds me of something I've either seen in Silent Hill or at Wal-Mart. The art itself is good though.

I can see what you were trying to do with this but
It does need some help in the perspective department.
The line art is very clean and nice however, so you have tremendous possibility.
Just Needs a little tweaking- Her head should be a little bigger, and arms a bit thinner, more tapered.
There's a site on the internet with alot of good perspective references- I can't think of it right now, but it's very helpful.
