Great animation..... Serious lag.
I loved the animation, it was fluid and well put together, but as people have reviewed before... It lagged HORRIBLY and skipped scenes all together for me. I am on windows 7 I have never had issues viewing a flash. I refreshed and put it at low quality (which is a last resort for myself) to make sure I took care of the issue and alas; that didn't take care of the lag.
I missed almost the entire fight, I could hear the sounds of the fight but was stuck on a frame while the fight sounds continued! And having it jump from one fight to another just kinda ruined it for me.
So here is my score for you:
Animation: 9/10 ; it was really fluid and simple. Could have used a bit more detail in the blood instead of making it look like one big red blotch on the ground, give it a bit of depth. But hey it was good from what I could tell of it...
Music: 9/10; the music choices were superb. But I think it was the music overload that made the animation lag, I noticed the fight sounds came through first and then the music. The animation however had a 15-30 second stall for each frame, that is if the frames didn't skip.
Overall score: 8/10; I liked how the animation looked, but the story seemed a bit off and lacking... Who were Pico and his friends rescuing? Why were they going through so much effort to defeat the villains to save one singular person? Little tidbits like that in the description would help viewers piece together the story and understand it more. Plus I docked some points off because of the lag. If it weren't for that lag, you would have gotten a better score.
