Reviews for "Pico Jones"

Pretty cool...

The graphics were sweet, but the storyline was pretty hard to follow. Haven't watched Raiders of the Ark unfortunately, so any one-liners you picked went right past me. Massive effort, but the story is kind of confusing. Hope it clears up in part 2, gd luck.

Epic

The art was awesome, shame about the quality. The story was a little hard to follow because for the first half i was just trying to work out who was who, you couldn't have whown them punting on their helmets at the start or something? The animation was top quality too though there were perhaps a few too many tweens, though it was more acceptable because they were in space :P Good stuff and i look forward to next year!

Loved it..BUT

The voices of weren't loud enough and at on point there was a sound conisting of mostly treble on a rather high volume i literally got a headache. so yeah, next time PLEASE make sure that i don't have to put my volume unbelievably high in order to hear the voices. besides that it was great, overall.

interesting

I like what you did with Pico in this; it wasn't the average video with him as you said. The sound was a little "eh" and the scene kinda came out of nowhere but overall a good video. It has potential to be a yearly series but if you do want to conclude it next year I suggest making it a little longer and explain what's going on better than you did in this one. Good job.

Overall it was meh

I guess my biggest complaint is the fact that when you have 90% of the movie obscure the face of the hero, and don't seem to really use his signature hair color or make it look like him at all, it tends to detract from the fact that this was supposed to be a Pico Flash.

This felt as though it was a standalone kind of cartoon would have been great without anything involving the site, but it really seemed that beyond the title felt like far more of a stretch to consider it remotely related to Pico really.

On an artistic aspect, I really enjoyed the soft use of shadows on the floating objects, as that looked really nice, and look forward to seeing some more from you sooner rather than later.
