Interesting.
I assume that your choice for the quality of both the animation and the sound to be sketchy was on purpose. It gave it more of an old style of narration. I rather enjoyed the sketchy looking design, simply because it held it's own. It wasn't insanely fluid as some people might want to have it, but there were no actual jumps. It was as if you chose your own version of fluid animating and kept the style to it.
As well, though I have already said this, I would like to say it once more. The quality of the sound complimented the animation style very nicely. It was clean, calm, and overall very nice. The tone of voice alone set the mood for the small film, and the near radio style of it pulled it all together.
Overall, this film was very well put together, and I hope to see more of your work in time. Please note that if your going to have such quality in your animations, however, that you might want to make it a mark of your trade. If it was in fact by accident, then I would have to give this animation a lower rating, but it is my personal belief that it was put this was to give it the artistic value that I so see in it.

Pretty damm boring...
But the animation was nice enough. The sound quality sucked though.
Well you got frontpaged, so I guess that's all you wanted. If you wanted your animation to be loved then that's a whole other story.
