Comic was better.

Can't give you too much for this submission. While the main joke isn't really that funny nobody can really blame that on you. What you can be blamed for is picking a sort of amusing comic and animating it with artwork that doesn't come close to the quality of the original, and a lackluster bit of voice acting.

If you intend on animating somebody's else's material, then you should at the very least make it as equally enjoyable as it was before you worked on it. Till you can improve on your artwork and animation, still to either original ideas or art that's at your level.

Why the heck would you pick THIS strip of VG Cats? Not to mention you can't voice act to save your life. I think I'll stick with the VG Cats Adaptation with no name, because i seriously doubt VG Cats can or should be animated and still have the same kind of humor.

When i see reviews like this, i tend to click the username and check to see if that person has submitted any work (be it audio or flash) and since you haven't a thing to show, your point is mostly invalid.

Ok, this has nothing to do with VG CATS ANIMATED!!!!! I am so disappointed when I saw this video and I wish and I really mean it, I wish I could have gave this a better score but I can't becuase of the story that does't support the title. (I was beginning to become a fan of VG Cats Animated but I failed to see the rest of it videos. VG Cats Animated was even my first 5/5 star review in VG Cats Christmas Special) I just hope it can redeem itself. For now this video have a 2/5 stars. :(

Bad source material = bad video.

The original comic was pretty unfunny, and the shotty animation and voice acting did nothing for it.
VG Cats is usually not this bad, maybe you should just try another comic.
You could try asking the Cyanide and Happiness creators for tips, since their comic-to-flash conversion worked perfectly.
