I never like it when anyone submits these un-finished test flashes to NG.

I can't stand MLP, I'll start off by saying that, so I'm heavily biased. I'll still say that this looks fairly aesthetically pleasing. The coloring and graphics are just fine.

Music is fitting for a game of this style I guess. My main issue is that this is just a test. And I'm no fan off test flashes being uploaded. I feel flashes like this, of MLP, are going to get a good score just because of the fanbase that seems to be rather large here on NG.

Good luck finishing this off though.

Look, it's impressive

The sprite looks good, I can tell the buttons work. However, that a sprite test is getting a score of 4.42/5 is why I rarely frequent Newgrounds any more.

I don't know why there are perfect 10 review scores below me. I don't know who decided to give this the same score they gave "There She Is!" or "Tarboy" or "Last of the Dashkins".

It's nothing against you, this is obviously part of a project you're working very hard on. It is what it is: a rudimentary sprite test with no collision mapping yet.
However, I have to give it a 5 compared to the other phenomenal material on this site.

I hope that the people who are giving this simple test perfect scores really look at what they're doing to a website where quality animations and flash games could be semi-fairly judged and shared. None of the "There She Is!" installments are currently in the top 50. That's a travesty.

I clicked on the NUMBER THREE OF ALL TIME flash game expecting something polished and semi-professional. What I got was an average sprite test, because the users of Newgrounds can't tell the difference between this and the labors of love like the aforementioned animations.

In closing, meh sprite test. Fuck you, Newgrounds voting community. Just fuck you.

Okay for what it is

This is really not the kind of website where you should submit tests. There are just so many complete things out there, it seems like a bit of a waste. I will admit that this actually does look really good! I hope you make this into a full fledged game, because I can seriously see potential for this. I am sorry that I know barely anything about Flash Player myself, much less how to make good effects. I guess MLP is so mainstream you don't need to mention it in the title.

The music is also very nice. It truly gives off a nice sense of wonder and being in Ponyville. The pony itself looks like a rather good prototype and I can see you making a lot of stuff with it. The funny thing is that these characters have never appeared in an official game using sprites so people have to come up with new designs. I admire that.
