There are 2 types of bullying: Mental and physical, cyber (I asume you mean internet) is a tool used to bully someone mentaly. Also if you only get a single nasty text and not alot of them you should probebly send a nasty text back (I would atleast). And the last question is a bit confusing. Do you mean take both the bully and the victim to an adult or just the bullys or the victim?
