This is absolutely awful!!!!!!!
I hated this! I only needed to stand in a corner and hold the shoot button to kill enemies. Its weak, and really relly needs work!

Played the whole series and I really liked it. Basically a Contra-style side-scrolling shooter, but with cooler weapons and cooler levels, and above all amazing bosses ! It's pretty challenging, with a great variety of enemies, it becomes harder each stage but the hero gains more abilities along the way too, what makes the game more and more interesting.
The story is a bit stereotyped, but also hides a lot of surprises, even at the very end.
Everyone who likes shooters and platformers should like this game.

So underrated
The graphic's been a turndown for many people here on Newgrounds, but other than the characters, I think the graphics were pretty decent.
This has been an awesome run for me. Thank you for 6 great games. All the stages in each game are very well organized, bosses were fun to beat, music was good, voice acting was good, plot kept it entertaining, and most importantly the gameplay was very fun. There are so many good things to say about the series.
I just wish people would appreciate the games more. I'm sure if only the graphics were a bit better, the ratings on the series would be very different. Beauty is only skin deep.
