Problem
Erm. . . .for some reason it loads and everything but when I click New Game the screen flashes white for a second and then its still at the menu. I dont know what's wrong

HATE THE ZIPPERS
i don't like this upgrade chart! I can't upgrade everything to the maximum once i've bought all the pieces with experience. once you buy all the pieces it should roll over or something so you can upgrade everything to max! it makes my skin itch that i did all that work just so the game could taunt me with the inability to upgrade the last items. it's not fair.
So to be clear, I thoroughly enjoyed what I could play. the rpg elements were interesting and fun to use, combat was equally so, and the character's were funny. Problem was that the movement in the game is glitchy to say the least. I often found myself inexplicably sticking to the ceiling, and a couple times I jumped through walls. I actually got softlocked however, in the cloud area, where I got stuck in the corner somewhere along the right side of the screen, and then was unable to escape. I loved what I played, and jmtb02's games are always enjoyable, but a softlock is a softlock, and no one likes them.
Can't really get past the main menu since the "New Game" button doesn't work.
Not even when I try to play it through the Ruffle emulator.
