But overall, I'd say it was a pretty good job, and you certainly did well in capturing Luffy's sillyness in serious situations XD

i love the enthusiasm, and the pureness in your art. it's not all computer animation, it looks like you put full dedication into it. for that i commend your effort, i hope you strive to be better, because even with this talent, you must still become more profound with your technique. continue doing what you do, and get better! bring back the tradition of hand art back into this world.
not bad...
it's not horrible but I do have complaints. first of all, color and sound would give this a little more spirit (currently, it has no soul)
aside from that, the art could be improved. it looks like these were quick sketches and I think you could do better.
finally, the fight is highly unrealistic. Ruffy would be destroyed by Goku... if you have a hard time grasping this, just remember that Goku could destroy a planet with a mere fraction of his power (Ruffy sucks)
furthermore, you should know that there's actually a video game that does cross their realities. it's called Battle Stadium D.O.N (also features Naruto characters)
another game with both characters is the Jump Super Stars/Ultimate Stars series (for the DS)

If this truly was just a doodle so to speak then yeah I guess this was good. However, with the lack of color and sound the animation seems dull and it didn't make me feel intrigued through out the whole animation. Also, the sketchy animation style wasn't a bad attempt but, even if it was intentional or just lazyness try to clean up your drawings a bit. They definitely had potential but, it didn't appear as appealing than a "clean" animation. Overall the animation was good. It could use some work but, very cool nonetheless.
