Took the Rogue class and reached as far as floor 316.
I sort of enjoy these kinds of games because they're challenging. Whatever class you were you had to balance the stats in order to actually survive. I used the Rogue but that didn't mean I had to pump up my character with the Speed stat all the time. There were actually times that I had to spend all my stat points on health and armor (I did that for at least 25 character levels). I would think that the same would go if I used the other classes. I think an axeman with 2k speed would do it... XD
But I have some issues with the enemies. So there are three types of enemies, the Orc (pumped up attack), the Skeleton (pumped up speed), and the Knight (pumped up defense). Like you rcharacter, whatever the class it was, it would excel in that stat (e.g. Knight would excel in defense stat). But sometimes, a certain enemy class would just own you because of an overpumped non-main stat (like a skeleton having a higher attack value than speed. Or an orc with an INSANE speed value and this is how I would ALWAYS die, ALWAYS!)
Enemies should have balanced stat allocations too! Because it really doesn't make sense that an orc be as fast as a skeleton but still hits like an orc (still feeling bitter for all those times that I died to an orc with an overclocked speed value XD). Or that a skeleton have more defense than a knight. Also, I noticed that the attack speed had a certain threshold. My character seems to attack just as fast no matter how much I put into my speed stat. Something like reaching the fastest attack speed. Probably why I was able to concentrate on the other stats.
Overall it was a good game. 4 stars to you my friend. Hope there is a sequel (if there aren't as of this writing).
