Here is a game tip: in the start always aim for the top red blood cells. That way there would be an more time for the the infection to to finish killing that cell.

Amazing concept but stage 14 is too hard and the game isn't played on a big enough scale.

I don't know why. For some reason I liked playing the first game a lot. I'm glad you got rid of the timer. Everything here is an improvement over the original.
My only negative criticism would be about the range of the antibiotic clouds. I'd be dragging around a virus and suddenly disappear, even though I was clearly a good distance away from the cloud.

on stage 9, where you need to survive for 60 seconds, you should review the timer. there's no way it only passed 1 minute, 1 second took 2 seconds to pass o_O? wth?!
other than that the game is good, but like some said, little tedious.
Great game!
The original was one of the very first games I played on Newgrounds, and I loved it. Only problem was I forgot the name! I like the changes you made to campaign mode and liked the "Fever trip" level. I think it's a good sequel, and it's not often that occurs.
