The fact that people and animals, just constantly walk in the middle of the street all the time, reminds me of Portland, OR. and if you've ever been there, you'll know I'm not exaggerating. :P

Pretty fun game
However, the medal system isn't as fixed as you say. I cleared both my browser and flash cache, and although I unlocked all medals according to the game, they still don't show up on my NewGrounds account.
For example; I unlocked "Rockstar from Mars" in-game, but from the distance achievements I unlocked only "Major bender"... so I obviously should have unlocked "Two and a half miles" as well - but it doesn't show up.
Funny game, kinda addicting but when it comes to the medal system I think there is still some stuff remaining that needs fixing.
