Y U JUMP SO HIGH! ALWAYS HIT SPIKES! But seriously it was good just a little more control on the jumping so you can control the height.

Hey, nice job creating a solid engine. I would definitely consider adding just 2 things. First, some background music. It's so quiet. Background music helps keep the player excited and feeling good. Second, a noise for when I fire my gun, not just when it hits something. That will make firing the gun feel better. It's also just something us gamers have come to expect.
Think about it.
Mid quality
The game is very smooth... even too much. First level is cake, and the simple controls let you go smoothily, than comes the second, with enemies withno pattern that shoots you all the time, other hidden out of sight...
It would have been cooler with a shade of storyline.
I appreciate the effort and look forward to play your next game.
The game does not fit in the frame
the game looks good but i keep dying because i cant see the ground...

I like this game. It reminds me of a lot of the old computer platformers I loved to play when I was youngera kid.
