good start
It is a good start for a first submission. Some suggestions would be to add some music to it to liven things up. Also might want to tone back the difficulty a bit as I tried several times to kill the bad guy and it did not work no matter what combination I had. Nice animation for the battle though.

I'll keep it brief:
There's no sound, and the graphics are in an uninteresting pixel form. I appreciate that you're trying to go for a simplistic story, but the length of the game and lack of depth is quite startling. My main fault with the game, however, was the actual fight itself. I'm not sure if you intended it to be so, but as it is the fight is near impossible - the only way I could defeat him was to activate two options on the same turn, and even then I only had 3 health at the end.
In future, I recommend that you add more to the game, and try to balance combat more. You can still keep the 'humourously' simple graphics and story, but it needs more to it. Until then, it is just a very short, shallow and unfair game.

Is it possible to win? I've been trying and trying and no matter what I do I still die. The most I've been able to do was get hm down to 10 hp.

not the most amazing flash but i definatlly kept playing it until i won! hahahah took a few tries! pretty entertaining! i liked the fact it was short and sweet..... irritating i had to keep going back to walmart!
