Brilliant
Brilliant work. Wonderful presentation of deep characters, put in a silly yet outstandingly interesting way.
A majority of the animations were great except for a few shots in the beginning which didn't set a good tone for the rest of the video.
What's perhaps most enjoyable about this video was how absent it was of gimmicks; you made a funny vid out of very little.

Eh...
It was alright. Severely lacking in a good script, and while I know you were purposely going for an annoying voice for Tails, that doesn't make an interesting movie.
The art/animation style seemed to change fairly often for some reason, but that's forgivable.
Decent animation work, but please try to write/voice your next work better.
