This is seriously too noobish because the voices were crappy, and you got most of those special moves named wrong (they are Hadoken, Proton Cannon, and Shoryuken), so this deserves no stars at all.

its exactly what you wanted to make it to be
on-purpose bad animation and voices,yet it just makes it funnier
