There's a reason why I stopped watching all nick-based anime. The art stinks. This is no exception. might even be professionally done. but it is professionally hard on the eyes. It's also not remotely funny. Sorry, but you've a long way to go before this will do anything but make me want to throw up.

oh... and the other guys were nice... i liked the serial killer. seems like a pretty cool guy. the others... well.. merrrrh.

But for the most part it was missing something. nothing is exaggerated enough, the way you've introduced the characters is kinda gay, you've made them seem very stereotypical. let the characters develop. the humor was kinda stale too, the dialogue was really bland. The design of everyone is good, but i think you could have put more time into them. they could be better. The sound was pretty good, the music came in way too quiet though.
Impressed on the most part though, just try and exaggerate everything more.
