Its a bit on the short side but I get it! All the other guys here giving you bad scores are assholes and derps. It was a little to short even if it was supposed to be brief you could have stretched it a bit.
Unlike some of the reviewers here, I get it.
Megaman only says two words, the flash is only 5 seconds long. Normally, a flash like that would get a terrible score. So why did it get a 4? Because in those 5 seconds, that very brief moment, Megaman says the two words that all MvC fans wanted to say to Capcom for not including him into the game. It's like a man punching his boss in the face. Most of the time this would be looked down upon, but this boss is a complete douchebag that treats his employees like shit, so this one time everyone high fives that man for doing the one thing that everyone else wanted to do. If this had just a little more animation, like Megaman giving the one finger salute, I would probably give you a 5 out of 5, but the simple mouth animation does seem a little lazy. I give you a 4 out of 5, with most of that score for sharing my feelings on Megamans omission from the game. Simple, short, truthful.
