Not bad, but needs work...
It's not bad, but it could still use some improvement. The music was good, but sound effects would make it even better.
The graphics were generally good, but really look mixed up. The sprite for MegaMan should be MegaMan, not MegaMan X. That would be more easily overlooked if you didn't jump to the MegaMan 7 graphic of MegaMan, and then to the 32-bit graphic of MegaMan X. I'd go with either the MegaMan 7 or MegaMan 8 styles(or even the Marvel Vs. Capcom one, and you could use Hyper MegaMan instead of Ultimate X), and use it for Wily, too, since he was only the 8-bit version, and sort of stuck out. Go to http://www.classicgaming.com/u mmxzw/mmm/spritesinc to get just about any sprite from any version you need, and see if that doesn't help your efforts look better. http://www.rockmanvortex.com/r rc/ also has some, just be sure wherever you go, to give credit to the guys who ripped and fixed up the sprites.
Last thing I'd do is create an original ending, instead of pulling the one out of the arcade games.
Might want to ditch one of the start screens. Having two is a little redundant.
Other than that, the presentation was great, and I hope to see more.
