I mean, I did chuckle at, "Thanks for being an idiot," but the rest of it seemed sorta nonsensical. I didn't see how the fact that it was a dream fit into it. And I think Megaman should've said something about stuff, since when Wily came, Megaman just transformed and killed him with one shot, and the scenery was 8-bit, whilst Megaman was not. It was pretty good for a first try, though.
Sorry man.
But this just doesn't cut it. In all honesty, I think, more than anything else, you need more effort. It could've been better, but if you were trying to do what you said you were, you needed more drama. You needed more pause, more hesitation, more thought. I suggest you remake this.

The flash was... really nothing special. Half of it looks like it came from Marvel vs. Capcom or something. Tsk tsk... And do is it me or did it say "Capcum" in there?

This was my first flash that I've ever done notice the date. And yes it does say "Capcum" it's a dumb little joke I put in there :-P
