Im assuming this is supposed ot be a satirical thing making fun of jap toons so i gave it a 7 cause it was pretty funny. If you are actually one of those people who likes japanese cartoons like this...then do what that tard did.

Anyways, the voices are annoying, the art in most parts was pretty bad, and this video is basicly pointless and I won't hesitate to say it was a waste of my time.
