Yes but it is abstract, couse when you make art, you put everything in it, and it is like some kind a destruction, and in other way it is reborn of things and art.
But it is more like the name- use your heart to make art.

good idea, and solid compisition and coloring. art could be a bit nicer but overall satisfies
