Casually addicting yet insanely intense.
I'm on day 291, and there's nothing left to do, I officially just beat the game to a pulp, I have founded a new government, cured zombieism, and destroyed a portal to hell, stopping them from coming back ever again, I then reclaimed the entire city and put every building to use, then I threw a party at Joe's bar!
I spent a combined time of maybe an hour or two to get to this point, and it was great, I'm definitely going to go through on another difficulty.
The concept is great, I thought it was going to be a cakewalk, but there were times when I was breaking a sweat, undermanned, having to spread my forces thin, and having that irking feeling every time I clicked the end day, hoping it won't tell me someone was killed, or that the food isn't good to eat, or worse, that the zombies took back I square I fought so hard to obtain. on the other hand, it felt amazing to have the scientists create a new tool to help us, or to have the builders turn an old motel into an apartment complex, I really hope you make a sequel.
If there was anything I could add, it would be a level up system, to reward people for keeping good soldiers alive during these tough times; some building variety would also be good.
Now that i'm done writing this, i'm going to go play it again.
The town of Racoon Hill won't reclaim itself.
