I have one question. Why is this on Newgrounds? I expected to see something like this on WiiWare! The controls are good, as is the music. The Tron-ish graphics give that 1980's feel and is pretty much what the Atari 2600 would look like if it had Blast Processing.
Bottom line: I like!

My only suggestion is that a nuke be activated every time you lose a shield because its really easy to lose control once you get hit and lose like 3 shields.
