Valentine's mini-game? yes.
That's just what it was, and after beating the game on hard on the first try, immediately had no desire to start over. Good game, nice art style, but it's a minigame so I don't expect much else form it than one playthrough.

Cheerful musics that fits with the cute animations. Good job on that.
However, the game is too unforgiving. One touch from someone bigger and that's the end of your heart. At least include a life system. (3 life for easy, 2 for normal, 1 for hard.) Power ups that occasionally float by would be a really nice addition! There is no sure way of knowing whether you will eat or be eaten by another similar-sized heart, all I could do was to estimate. Maybe you can tint those hearts that are larger than you slightly.
This game was meant to be a mini-game for valentines. Fits perfectly for it's purpose!

Cute little game, the animation is simple with fun drawings. The music was cheerful and bouncy, very fitting. But the difficulty progression was a little too much, and WASD wasn't the best control scheme (mouse, perhaps?).

it would be nice if you gradually increased in size instead of after you eat/absorb a certain amount you do. but it's still a good game 6/10
