A FEW MINUTES? Jeez, your an artist compared to most people here >.< I can't even make a stick figure look good.

jonbro you have a shading inconsitency problem that you should work on a bit.
See how the front of his head is shaded, as well as his spikes on the back?
that issue is also notorious on the shading in his legs, wich does not make sense with the shoes.
just try to select a light source and stick to it, dont add more shadows here and there for "detail" (I used to do this too dont you worry!).
with time and practice youll get over those isues.

Yeah I really didn't focus much on lighting. I did this in a few minutes just trying to make it look nice =P
