Predictable
The animation was great, but like another reviewer stated he had a death flag planted on his head from the very beginning

Good - I knew the ninja was doomed
The ninja had a mask so you couldn't see his face, so he was doomed from the start as an unsympathetic character. The fact that he got in a few hits at the start cinched the deal.

Nice job with animations, my only suggestion is that you speed it up a little on the FPS...
