I must admit I lol'ed at how terrible it was.

This cartoon is satirical to both Jim Davis and newbie flash artists, making something that's purposely unfunny to show the unprofessional and stupid because that's what both Jim Davis and newbie flash artists do. The humor is in the fact that no living being on earth would find this funny, yet here it is. It's a middle finger to itself and everyone who watches it. Therefore, genius.
In other words, it's ridiculous as hell and it doesn't care. It's funny because it isn't.
Or it could just be a crappy flash cartoon. I can't decide.
