Reviews for "Dungeon Dice"

Good game!

love dice games used the time mage so got the reroll spells first and i really enjoyed playing you could have fixed the ending though but all in all i would enjoy playing more games like this!

Okay...

A bit too much luck involved maybe. Especially in the boss fight where the chance of a draw is much higher (much more chance of you both rolling sixes due to having more dice), therefore your MP runs out super quickly without actually damaging them. If you changing the tie mechanic to use the second highest die instead, then ties would be less frequent and the fights would be shorter, meaning MP can have more impact before running out (meaning less luck involved).

I did like the general concept, but it just felt a little too random.

too easy,

too easy for a professional dice thrower like myself anyway. The descriptions were kind of funny, the spells were needed to make this game anything then random luck over and over. Bit boring, music was fairly boring but the game was short and the fights were too tense to notice really (lol). Nice credits I guess, would have liked some more clever wit from you to make the game worth it really but there we go. Short, boring, easy, kind of funny.

Good job!

For a game hastily done, that is pretty good, you definitely have a good concept that deserves to be developped further! The only downside would be the repetitiveness of clicking over and over in the battles , especially in the last ones.

Almost TOO random.

The concept was fun, and I did manage to win.

But once you burn all your mana, the game comes down to 100% pure luck.
Most the time the mana only lasts half or 1/3 of the battle.

Especially when the enemies start getting 3 and 4 die, with no mana left it's just shotting blindly with no skill involved.

I sort of feel like there needs to be some level of skill to make this game better.
I beat the game, but there were too many points where I was rolling ties and losses repeatedly with nothing to do.

The player lacks any real ability to control the outcome, unlike in other games where there's some form of strategy involved.

The second re-roll spell seemed somewhat useless, as the few times it actually happened, it never needed another re-roll.

In general the ability to re-roll was weak as the +1 and +2 usually trumped anything I could re-roll.
