Yes, as they said, very anime like,,,
Story is excellent and animation is unique. Very well done... Though the cyborg at the end did seem to jump kind of like king kong (you know, from building to building).

First of all great work!
Second this have nothing to do with Cowboy Bebop or Ghost in a Shell (wich btw are my fav. Animes too). Non of those are about alter dimentions or things like that. It borrows more from Matrix i guess but anyway it's to early to draw some conections to anything similar.
Well Anyway the things i like are the nice and smoth animations, the sound editing was good and you have a good sense of deeps an perspectivs...
The only thing that irritated me was the static scenes and the slow movement of everything... i dont know if this was intended but it kind of slows the whole thing down a lot.

this is amazing and smooth animation!! it doesn't even look flash! did you use a different program? because if you spent the time to animate each frame you got series patience!!!
