Well ...
I have watched this video like ... two times and besides the bad graphics, I didn't noticed any technical problem. To make it more clear:
#1-The graphics were bad, yet pretty much acceptable, enough for us to enjoy the animation.
#2-The idea of your movie was interesting and sad, yet exaggerated. I find it very annoying that you believed that after letting your cat go away on the streets without someone who could watch it and protect her, you still believe it will come back.
#3-The music was good, and the most satisfying thing in the whole animation, or at least for me because it calms me down.
From all the 3 commentaries I wrote over there, I reached the idea that your animation was a good one, accompanied with great music, a sad and foolish idea and bad yet acceptable graphics.
I believe a rating of 8/10 and a vote of 4/5 are a great and suitable way to reward you for your work. Thank you for making this for Newgrounds, for us!

im nt much of a cat person but after watching this it intrigued me

The story was good, it kept me guessing. But it wasn't exciting. But then again I don't it should be. Nice and soft!
The shaking effect on the lines was good, but I think it was a little too much. It was shaking too hard. But nice touch tho.
Besides than that, I have nothing more to say!
