Got all five.
Great mini-game, had some funny endings and I especially ejyed the secret achievment. Though it shouldn't really be a secret since it's the first one you'll probably get, the monster being not far off from where you start.
This game is repetitive.
All you do is walk around and occasionally find an igloo where you have to stay for 15 seconds so you won't lose a life.
Uhm...
I found the rocket ship and got the in-game achievement but didn't get the site achievement.

I might be wrong but I believe that that kind of thing happens if you are on a spotty internet connection. Thankfully all the achievements in this game are very easy to get so it shouldn't be a problem to go grab it again. Sorry about that but more than likely it was your ISP or some outside factor that caused you not to get the medal on the site.
