This is...Actually pretty good.
Especially with the dailogue and the storyline. Maybe in the next one you could add stats? Or more customizable options in the characters looks? As for the art, you're improving, maybe if you made their bodies more..wide? They'd be better looking. :D

Skipping straight to the "what can be improved" section of the review.
The Art: The head and faces were good, however from the neck down the characters look rather flat and stick-like.
The Plot: The story was intriguing and I admit I laughed quite a few times during the dialogue, however, there seem to be numerous plot holes in most of the characters backstories, including the player-character girl.
Gameplay: Traditional dating-sim, work, flirt, sleep. Though the convsersations seemed a bit too easy, and the dates over with rather quickly.
Suggestions!: Keep at it! You're a pretty decent storyteller, and with experiance comes knowledge.
I would also suggest, perhaps for a major project down the road, a full RPG with dating-sim elements. I certainly think you're capable.
