Reviews for "the special present"

Well done.

The animation although short was very unique, especially the ending. Oh cliffhangers love'em or hate'em there here to add the number one question inside every man, woman, or child within the confines of are very minds. What happens next??? Who knows thats my repsonse to that anicient old question. For showcasing this very unique animation to me I'm awarding you a 9/10 and a 5/5. I hope you've enjoyed this review and I hope you have a great day.

turtleco responds:

you made my day, great.

hmm

I seem to be missing out on a key reference. would you mind filling me in? Although I am left out of the knowledge, I still like it. The animation is refreshingly simple and the pajamas make me smile.
Keep on keeping on turtleco.

turtleco responds:

there is no reference in this, its just an animated film.

The mask

love this its well animated and there is the mask from Film so its win win for me

turtleco responds:

its a pretty smooth animation, and even though its a cliff hanger,i hope you arent planning to make ALL OF US wait till next year just to see what happens

turtleco responds:

I'm gonna make you wait until christmas 2027

Cliff Hanger hanging on a cliff!!!!!!!

I personally loved the fluidity of this short, very well done. Along with the intiresting pjs (this style of colouring is rather genious, used often but looks rather good) and random single gift, empty nest syndrome kinda thingy going on. However, the cliff hanger made it a little awkward, creepy skull, and fade to black. Seems like it could turn into a nice slasher flick if continued, that is if you gift us with your time once more.

turtleco responds:

this ending is so open and suspenseful (not to sound pretentious) that I could literally make a million endings that would satisfy some, and disappoint others. I doubt I'll ever make a sequel.
