Its ok
It was neither good nor bad. Try livening it up a little.

The concept is alright, the story-line could have gone on for a little more.
The Animation itself wasn't exactly the best. Although it was mostly smooth, the lack of moving parts and such makes the whole thing look like a stop-motion styled e-book.
Sound quality was mediocre at best, santa's voice at the beginning was good but the kid's voice wasn't acted out well enough.
It has potential.
Im giving a 6 because
it was OK but your voice is either not good enough for animation, or you didnt try to fit it with the characters enough because the Georgie kid sounded like he was an old man, and santa didnt have enough Boldness in his voice.
Just letting you know that your voice needs some work.

It's not that bad, really, but anthrax is caused by a bacteria and so you can't really make it with a chemistry set. Nice movie with decent voice. Keep it up.
