Scary!
I think this animation does have the potential to be good. The animation will need work such as Santa who pretty much looks stiff throughout the entire animation. If you try adding more weight to his walking(by bending his knees more and his arms), his actions would read better. I think the emotions on his face could use work as well so we can feel what hes going through in your story. Try watching people walk like in the mall or just on youtube to see how people act/react to situations. You can even draw these actions in a small sketchbook to keep note of them. No this isnt considered being a creeper lol Its part of learning to to animate better :) Finally I do agree with others when they say the Saw guy is hard to hear. While its great you are providing the dialogue, perhaps the volume can be turned up on his voice. Or....try re-recording the voice(yea it sounds like a pain in the ass but it will make a WHOLE lotta difference in your animation :D!)and have them speak more clearly, not too fast, and more loudly(but not TOO loud that its overbearing you know what I mean? So its not on the brink of "yelling" lol). Anyway nice attempt, but good luck in your future animations :) Practice makes it TOTALLY worth it in the end!
