It's great! I didn't know that a Katy Perry song could go well with this kind of story. The animation was almost flawless. Deformations were just right. The canopy view is so awesome, I can't figure out how you did it. Would've given it a 10 but the ease of which the bird came back to life put me off a bit. Maybe you should've made a goddess or a nymph (preferably a dryad) perform the resurrection instead of a tree stump.

I loved the use of image planes in you scenes. Combined with the blur effects to create the illusion of changing focus It really gave the movie a sense of depth. I did notice that some of the foliage looked painted while others later in the movie looked like photos. it would have been better to use one or the other and keep it that way. The plot was very cute and the theme was easy to identify, which is one of the most important things. I agree with a previous poster that the shading should be consistent throughout instead of having them colored one way in one panel and totally different in another. However, that might work well in a wide angle shot where the details really don't matter but for close up to medium shots it looks better if a constant is maintained. Well done.
