Outstanding work! I was taken by surprise the moment it switched to the 3D landscape, and how well it blended into the "hand-drawn" portions. The story was sweet, and gives off a comfortable sense of curiosity, tragedy, and a joyous ending.
Even in the middle, it had me say "Oh no!", of which if anyone comes close to that reaction, that's a good sign that they not only like what they see, but like what they're gonna' see afterwards. Respect to all parties involved.
